AEGIS ANNOUNCES THE CONTRACTING OF LOCKTON INSURANCE FOR INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES
6/28/2007 - Canoga Park, California, - Udi Barkai, President & C.E.O., has announced the contracting of Lockton Insurance Brokers, LLC for the handle all insurance matters for Aegis Medical Systems, Inc. and its affiliate corporations. Under the its agreement with Aegis, Lockton will negotiate for liability insurance coverage, including PLGL, EPLI, D&O, E&O, In addition, Lockton is negotiating our crime, property, and auto insurance.
Elizabeth Madigan, of Lockton Los Angeles, expressed her satisfaction with the new relationship, stating that, “I am fully aware of Aegis’ high standards and level of expectations.
