Canoga Park, California – Aegis Medical Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Arron Hightower to the position of Chico Clinic Manager, commencing April 19th, 2006.
Arron brings with him extensive experience in the field of Social Services and Mental Health, primarily working in supervisory roles. Prior to his arrival at Aegis, Arron worked as a Corporate Deputy Director of Social Services for Remi Vista, Inc., where he oversaw various Program Managers for Therapeutic Foster Care, Transitional Housing as well as Infant Development, just to name a few.
Arron holds a B.A. in Marketing and Music from Jacksonville University in Florida, and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Seminary. He also brings with him a certification for Parent Child Interactive Therapy, and is preparing for his Marriage and Family Therapist license by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Upon his accession, the Chico clinic will extend special services and educational programs for the treatment of post traumatic stress, social anxiety, grief, anger, passive aggressive personality disorder, parenting, as well as provide case management and social work, assisting patients with government agencies and community resources. In addition, Arron will also focus on development of a local P.A.A.G. chapter and Keys To Recovery support groups dedicated to the previously mentioned conditions.
